When I go into Outlook and click on File Export of my contacts to a CSV file, the resulting file contains all my current contacts, plus pages of contacts with no email address showing that I deleted in past years. However in my case, when I press Ctrl-shift-n may be different for someone in word perfect, there is a pop up to create a “new template”, when I click the “door like” icon, a title “Outlook address book” will pop up. I can choose the contact in formation and those information will auto fill in the form.

When you need to recover one or more Contacts from your backup file, you can restore it to your local hard drive make sure not to overwrite any existing pst-files and connect to it in Outlook via;.

You will now see your connected pst-file in the Navigation Pane. Expand it to find your restored Contacts folder and copy the contacts back to your Contacts folder. The Outlook Address Book itself cannot be backed up as such since no addresses are stored in it;.
