Microsoft project 2016 install with office 2013 free

Since Outlook is not compatible with Sage I had to downgrade to Office , I was able to find a download for that and it installed and is activated. When I attempt to install Project it wants to upgrade the whole suite, I need to have an install for Project as you can not have different versions.
